Warner Bros. sacks "Curb", Entourage" in syndication

In a move that is seldom used involving off-network syndicated product, Warner Bros. The news broke Friday afternoon on Broadcasting & Cable’s website and Deadline Hollywood. The request is coming from HBO, who asked sibling Warner Bros. (both are owned by Time Warner) to […]

WLS-TV dominates households in November

ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” was Chicago’s top entertainment (non-sports) program in November.  November sweeps came and went and as usual, ABC- owned WLS-TV won the 10pm news race, and also dominated the market overall (thank you Oprah and Dancing With The Stars.) New syndicated fare off to slow start; "Martha" tanks on Hallmark

It’s not a good thing: “Golden Girls” reruns had more viewers than Martha’s relocated show on Hallmark. CBS cancels "Moonlight", " Shark"

CBS pulled the plug on Moonlight and Shark, so expect the fanboys and fangirls (of Moonlight, anyway) to deluge CBS with a lot of protest letters – or peanuts. Or even pairs of fangs. Meanwhile, CBS did renew The Old Adventures of New Christine, The Unit, and How I Met Your Mother.
